This is the 4th home that I have sold/purchased and by far this is the best experience I have had! Pam was always available to show me houses no matter what time it was or where they were located. She was knowledgeable about the comps in the area and always came prepared. She would point out any issues that she saw when we were walking through the home and would reach out to the seller’s agent if there were questions. She provided insight as we negotiated which ultimately led to my offer being accepted amongst the multiple offers that we received. She was very patient during the whole process and was with me every step of the way. She is amazing and I would definitely use her as my realtor again!
