Martha brings a collaborative and creative background as a graphic designer with an emphasis in digital marketing and event planning. In her role she is focused on our business branding and client satisfaction. Martha loves to spend time outdoors kayaking and running.

April is fundamental in assisting with client and team communication on evenings and weekends for our group. Her background in the training and hospitality industries complement her great communication skills. She primarily works on projects and call routing.

With meticulous detail, Erica handles client-related questions and processes buyer and seller contracts serving as a main contact for all clients. Since 2014 she has worked as an intermediary for all relocation, mortgage and title companies for sellers and buyers.

Heather plays an influential role in managing the day-to-day aspects of sales and customer operations with her diverse administrative and management experience. She processes buyer and seller contracts and provides administrative support to the Desrochers Group.
