Art of Strength

This gym’s philosophy goes back to the basics of fitness- think balls, ropes, logs, sand bags, and boxes. The classes will challenge your strength and fitness while tailoring to individuals. With a focus on those with ailments (bad backs, knees, shoulders, and arthritis), class options include Ladders, Power Interval Training (PIT), Ropa (a ropes class), Yoga Vinyasa and more. Personal Training, chiropractic and massage offerings are also available onsite.
