Tandoori Chicken

INGREDIENTS

For 8 Pieces:

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp shaan masala tandoor mix (from any Indian store)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp oil Red food color (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for a couple hours or overnight.
  2. Grilling is recommended for best taste, or bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
