We built one house which we purchased through Daniel. When we sold that house Julie was our listing agent and the stager and photographer did a great job. We just sold my mother in-laws house as is through Daniel. Erica did a great job coordinating everything for us. Both homes, one 6 years old and one 65 years old, sold within a week above asking.
