Dale went above and beyond to make sure we were happy on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He got us top dollar for our last home and through tough negotiations got us our new home for a price we didn’t think was possible. When the selling side of our new home did not get our inspection items completed with only a day left to close, Dale closed the deal and had his electrician come out at 8pm to provide an estimate and got the selling side to cover the cost of everything.
