Buying a house from out of state – on a short timeline – is so stressful, and we couldn’t be more grateful that we were able to work with Julie to make it happen. To add to the complication, we fell in love with a house that needed some work. Julie provided advice, support, and contractors. We made a one-day trip to the cities and Julie had her team line up a painter, floor and carpet contractors, fence company, and more – and was there with us all day to make sure we had all the information, access, and all the contacts we would need. We hope to work with Julie exclusively moving forward.
