We were introduced to Desrochers Realty Group through Lennar Homes. We met with Daniel and he explained the process for selling our home. His team uses a professional stager who made minor tweaks that we really liked and made our home more appealing. The photographer’s pictures and video were impressive. The Desrochers Group delivered with marketing materials for in our home and online. We had our home on the market over the holidays so it was stressful but Daniel and his team were very encouraging and sure enough our home sold. Daniel worked hard on our behalf to negotiate a deal that was good for us. (Other realtors I had worked with in the past just wanted to close the deal.) The Desrochers Group worked hard for us and we would definitely recommend/use them again.
