I’ve used Bill for my last 3 real estate transactions, buying and selling homes all in the Bloomington area. The reason I have stayed with Bill as a realtor is because each time he listened to what my needs were at the time and always kept them a priority. At the same time, he was honest and direct with me using his experience to guide me in a realistic direction. He negotiated well for me and genuinely cared about me and my family. He is attentive, professional and a great communicator. He was so impressive at my last closing (I was the seller) that when the couple that purchased my home were ready to sell, they reached out to Bill as he impressed them at our closing! I’ll be using Bill again when I need to.
