I have worked with Desrochers Realty Group to buy and sell a couple houses in the past. They are ALWAYS great to work with and this time was no exception. Whenever I wanted to look at a house Julie always made herself available, even on short notice, and was very knowledge and able to guide me through  the pros and cons of every property we looked at. She was enjoyable to work with and made the searching process fun! Once I found the house I wanted we learned it was getting multiple offers and I felt it was due to Julie’s know how and negotiating that the seller accepted my offer over the others. Upon my inspection there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed and Julie was pivotal in negotiating and getting the seller to fix multiple things and also save me thousands on my closing costs which the seller ended up paying for. Ashley also was very helpful through the whole process, beginning to end, keeping me informed and on track always making sure nothing was missed that would slow down or hang up the process. The Desrochers Group really is a team and they all work together, jumping in to help each other if someone isn’t available. I never had to wait. If you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell a house there’s no reason to look any further!
